COVID-19 Coronavirus Update
It's up to all of us to slow the spread of COVID-19. Everyone, including young and healthy people, should avoid large gatherings during this time. Stay up to date with public health guidelines from cdc.gov.
Following the Guidelines from Washington’s stay-at-home order, we here at the Morgan Arts Centre will also be canceling our two weeks of Camp Picasso July 13-23 and the Children's Theater Workshop the last week of July. We will be contacting our staff as well as each family who has already enrolled. We all will miss the fun we share each July at the Morgan Arts Centre.
We are looking forward to summer 2021 and having all three weeks of activities at the Morgan Arts Centre for children. Because we have not deposited any of the payments already made, we can mail back your check for your student’s enrollment. If you would rather, we can save a stamp and push them through the paper shredder.
At this time, we still think there will be five artists participating with ARTrails of Southwest Washington the third and fourth weekends of September here at the MAC. Be watching for more information from ARTrails as we get closer to September.
The Art Gallery 505 is hopeful that we will be able to open up again before long and show you all some the many great new artworks we’ve been making while staying at home. We know you will miss sharing each of the spring and summer events that make living here in southwest Washington great…especially Cheese Days in early July. Lots of you are missing or postponing vacations, but it is important to keep looking out for the health and safety of everyone.
